Come back home to yourself

Panāha Therapy
/pə-naː-ha/
Find refuge in the expressive arts, somatic wisdom, and the architecture of intimacy.
Rooted in the principles of
Thairaav / Pause
The essential quietude where the nervous system finds its baseline. A deliberate slowing down to listen to the body's unspoken language.
Chhaya / Shade
Providing a safe container—a psychic shelter—under which the most vulnerable parts of the self can emerge and rest without judgment.
Katha / Story
Integrating your experiences through movement, metaphor, and art. We rewrite the narrative from a place of agency and wholeness.

Holding space for the unsaid.
I am an expressive arts therapist and somatic experiencing practitioner dedicated to the art of human connection. My practice, Panāha, is built on the belief that healing is not about ‘fixing’ what is broken, but creating a refuge where you can finally inhabit yourself.
As an intimacy coordinator, I bring this same lens of safety, boundaries, and expressive freedom to creative sets, ensuring that vulnerability is always protected by professional grace.
